Purple Lounge: Media Corp appoint Liquidators
Media Corporation Plc ("Media Corp") have finally appointed a liquidator firm to handle the Purple Lounge Ltd situation. In an announcement in the London Gazette a Meetings of Creditors Notice was given with a meeting to be held in London.
The firm Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP have been charged with resolving the Creditors issue and hopefully returning player funds. This should be able to proceed quicker once a shareholders’ meeting has been convened for 23 July 2012 to pass a resolution for the winding up of the company.
